• How to make a Geiger Counter?

Conceptually, a Geiger counter is simple; a HV supply connected across a geiger tube, and an amplifier of some kind to amplify the momentary electrical impulses that occur as particles stream through the vacuum of the tube. I don't believe that I've seen any plans that include making your own geiger tube, although that shouldn't be impossible.
